Spent a lot of piddly money :-(

I started out on Thursday with $140 in piddly money and I have $34 in my pocket Frown

I know I can replace $50 of it since I spent $38 on cat litter and $12 on cat food. I since remembered that I added a category to my budget for pet supplies.

Other than that, I spent:
$15 on a rolling pin for BF's stocking
$16 for dinner out
$5 I owed my mom
$4 for Starbucks

I can't remember where the other money (about $30) went which is disappointing since I obviously didn't care enough about the items to even remember them.

    Update: I think I did my math wrong:

    Started with $140
    -$50 (cat stuff)
    -$15 (rolling pin)
    -$16 (dinner out)
    -$4 (Starbucks)
    -$5 (owed my mom)
    =$50 (have $34 left so a deficit of $16)

    I remembered two more things:
    $2 French fries out
    $5 Scratch ticket (to go in a birthday card)

    That leaves me with a $9 deficit. Also, every time I shop, I break a dollar and keep the change in a change jar so I know a few dollars ended up there. I feel a little bit better now!

    I use my smart phone to keep track of my daily spending which makes it easier
